Customers also need to allow three months from first using the product to receive any verbal (or written) compliments before they can claim the refund. As for claiming the refund, customers just need to send an email saying they haven’t received any compliments. While this honesty-based policy seems open to misuse, it’s a risk I’m willing to take.
